Every product sold by KingChill comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

How to make a claim

Contact us with the model, serial number, proof of purchase, a description of the fault and photos if possible. Call (03) 9001 9137 or email sales@kingchill.com.au, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
